EcoVision Noticeboard at night

Sign making supplies profile: Ecovision

YouTube Preview Image Little clip showing our EcoVision Noticeboard at night, outside our premises. I filmed this on my flip, so not the greatest of quality, but it does give an idea of the illumination levels it throws out. There is a PIR that activates through movement which switches on the LED’s.

Eco School uses “EcoVision”

Wednesday, January 7th, 2009

We recently undertook a project with GroundPlug (UK) Ltd in which we supplied one of our Solar Powered Noticeboards – EcoVision, complete with Cross Spears to install into the ground. The school has a very robust environmental policy and wanted an illuminated board – without the need for electricity, or running cables through what was already a congested set of underground services. The unit was fitted with a PIR system that will only activate when there is movement in front of the Noticeboard. They were delighted with the outcome – as we were, especially as one of the chaps installing the sign was in his seventies and still managed to install the sign in under one hour!

Closed for Christmas

Wednesday, December 24th, 2008

Just to let you all know we will be closed from mid-day Christmas Eve and be back in the office on Monday 5th January 2009. Thanks to everyone for all their support in 2008 – which has been pretty tough for most of us, lets hope 2009 is better.

We will be putting out more information about our products and updating the website further – look out for our online shop in the New Year. The EcoVision will have some further modifications, including a PIR system – to allow it to illuminate only when you walk up to the unit.

Thanks once again for all your support and wishing all our customers the best in 2009.

EcoVision Solar Powered Noticeboard (post mounted)

Well we finally managed after 18 months of hard work – particularly by Jeremy that we’ve launched our Solar Powered Noticeboard “EcoVision“.  Quite a few versions and components have ended up in the skip, but we’ve cracked it now. Really pleased with the way it works and feels, I’ll put some tecchie stuff up about it later, but a big thanks has to go out to our original customer  who asked us to make one. We said “yes!” and then decided to add it to our Lynester range of existing Noticeboards…. more customer requests please!
