Ready for our open days

DSCF0003

I think we’re just about ready for the open day now

really looking forward to it and seeing so many people

that we haven’t seen for a while. We’re just about

ready (I think), couple more jobs and then a quick

tidy up on Monday morning, ready to see everyone

Tuesday. Hope you can make it, but if you can’t make

it on either 15th or 16th September, you are always

welcome any time. We are showing some new and

old products, together with some revamped ones;

so there should be something for everyone. Ann and

Sue are organising all the food – which I’m looking

forwared to already.

Taking a Dim View of Solar Energy

Wednesday, August 26th, 2009

Take a look at this article if you get five minutes. I’m apalled at actions of others to discourage alternative energy solutions to carbon based fuels:

We have been working for over 2 years now on developing our Solar Powered Noticeboards and Post & Panel and are really pleased with the results, the feedback and the jobs we have undertaken. I hope for our future’s sake that the UK takes a more responsible attitude towards alternative energy supplies.

We are having a couple of Open Days in September (as many of you already know) on 15th & 16th September, when we will be showcasing some of the solar powered solutions, we will also have an industry expert on hand for any questions.

Product – Post Bracket

Wednesday, May 27th, 2009

Signscape post brackets are designed to be attached to standard 60, 76 and 89mm diameter posts, to create a functional, modular  directory stack, at relatively low cost.

The brackets have a 20mm gap to accomodate our double sided miniplank or any other substrate of a similar thickness.  The brackets may be positioned at any angle on the post and more than one bracket may be used to create V-shaped sign structures.

If you would like assembly instructions for this versatile bracket that can be ordered in bar length or as a fully assembled sign system, please request a copy to sue@signscape.co.uk

I hope you all enjoyed the bank holiday weekend, we had some great weather here in North Somerset.  Sue

Serious about the environment???

Monday, May 11th, 2009

EcoVision Many of you will have been following our progress on our Solar Powered range of products here at Signscape. We will continue to to develop this further over the year and will have new products out very shortly.

“The environmental impacts companies make is coming under greater scrutiny from legislation and customer pressure” [Smart 09]

We have been trying to recognise our own environmental impact, both as a company and individually.  All of our packaging material is recycled, including shredding office paperwork for packaging.  If business’s are genuinely interested in reducing energy costs, but still want to  inform customers day or night we believe our Solar Powered products fit that bill.

If you would like any help in talking to your customers about using our sign systems that impact less on the planet, please give me a ring.

If you
